Holiday Road by Lindsey Buckingham was released on June 24, 1983, with The Trip (Theme from Vacation) as the B side. The song appeared on the soundtrack for the film National Lampoon’s Vacation, starring Chevy Chase. The song also was used in sequels of the movie.

The song peaked at No. 82 on the Billboard Hot 100.
