Cover Me by Bruce Springsteen was released July 31, 1984, with Jersey Girl as the B side. The song, which Springsteen originally wrote for Donna Summer but then recorded himself, was the second single from the album Born in the U.S.A.

The song peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was the second of seven Top 10 singles from Born in the U.S.A.

No music video was made for the song.
