Going to a Go Go (Live) was released by The Rolling Stones on June 2, 1982, with a live version of Beast of Burden as the B side. A cover of the 1965 single by The Miracles, the Stones’ version appeared on their live album Still Life. Both the song and the album were released in the middle of the band’s 1982 European tour.

The Stones’ version reached No. 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 26 on the UK Singles Chart.
