Take Me Home by Phil Collins was released in the United Kingdom on July 15, 1985, with We Said Hello Goodbye as the B side. It was a single from his third solo album, No Jacket Required.

The song peaked at No. 19 on the UK Singles Chart. After its release the following year in the United States, it reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was one of four singles from No Jacket Required to reach the Top 10 in the U.S., including No. 1 hits Sussudio and One More Night.

Take Me Home also appeared on the Miami Vice II soundtrack, released in December 1986.
