Poison Arrow by ABC was released on February 5, 1982, with the Theme from “Mantrap” (an alternate version of Poison Arrow) as the B side. It was the second single from the band’s debut studio album Lexicon of Love.

Eighties Grooves 
Got me this time, Janet. Remembered ABC, but not why. Searched and, ah, ‘The Look of Love’, now I know ’em; just not ‘Poison Arrow’. Found ‘Mantrap’ on YouTube; a multi-part (should be a 55 min total) short with lead singer in leading role of an extended spy flick/music vid. Sounded like 80’s fun, and it sho’nuff is. Campy cool. Thanks again for another trip in the WayBack machine.
